We Are

“Baked with Love, rooted in Nutrition”, Paleoo Bakes was founded in 2019 during COVID as an attempt for people to eat clean and healthily without having to compromise on the taste. 

It was started by a mother-daughter duo from their home kitchen and now has turned into a full-fledged cloud kitchen with a very big team. 

 

A completely new approach to pastry with the help of nutrition being the key element.

 

At Paleoo Bakes we make desserts which are completely guilt-free being sugar sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan keto-friendly options with the same taste or we can say even better than the regular sugar-loaded desserts. 

Our vision is to create a community where people are able to live a better quality of life without having to give up on that SUGAR RUSH (not so much).

 

It all began in a small home kitchen and now we cater to thousands of people with lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, cancers and diabetes.

With a postgraduate degree in Nutrition, Simran pursued her passion in the form of healthy pastry.  Being a Nutritionist really helped her understand food better and it all comes down in the form of  a very healthy dessert recipe
